Hart Warmers
The “Hart Warmers” are a group of volunteers here at Christ Our Saviour, who are committed to helping those in need within the Hart Community. Jesus calls us to not only talk about love but to show it in positive and tangible ways. All of us are called to be “beacons of light” in our communities, especially during these times of isolation.
Make a Referral
The “Hart Warmers” Outreach Ministry works on a referral basis. If you know of someone within the parish or in the Hart community that is in need of assistance, please contact Teresa, our parish assistant, at cos.pg@outlook.com. She will pass on the information to the Hart Warmers group and the group will then discern if they are able to provide assistance to the individual and will contact the individual in need.
